John Delcoma, CPC, is the Director of Pre-Planning for Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes of Dover, and Strasburg. He has been serving as a Managing Director with Toland-Herzig for nearly 20 years and has gained vast experience in the area of funeral planning in both at-need and pre-need situations over that time. In 1999 he was named Director of Pre-Planning. John became recognized nationally as a leader in the field of funeral pre-planning by earning the distinction of being named a Certified Preplanning Consultant (CPC) by the National Funeral Directors Association and National Funeral Service Foundation, the first such professional in this part of Ohio. He was also the first licensed funeral director in Tuscarawas County to have earned this designation.
Over the years he has garnered praise and national recognition for his work with Toland-Herzig. A seasoned speaker, Delcoma has presented dozens of times for community groups large and small.
